The Scheller Teacher Education Program (STEP Lab) will join educators, researchers, and AI education leaders from around the world at the AI Exchange: Empowering Educators for Tomorrow, taking place August 17–18 at Toronto Metropolitan University in Toronto. Hosted by Actua, MIT RAISE, and TMU, the conference will focus on equipping K–12 educators with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to teach AI literacy responsibly. The two-day event will feature keynote presentations, hands-on workshops, research insights, and collaborative discussions exploring practical approaches to integrating AI literacy into classrooms and preparing students for an AI-powered future. The STEP Lab is proud to be part of this important global conversation around supporting educators as AI continues to transform education.
