Over the years, the Scheller Teacher Education Program (STEP) and The Education Arcade have created dozens of games, simulations, and interactive learning experiences designed to engage students in STEM learning. Many of these projects were built using technologies that have since become outdated, making them difficult (or impossible) to access on modern devices.
We’re excited to share that we have begun rescuing some of these classic educational games and restoring them in playable formats. As part of this effort, we’ve launched a new archive page where visitors can explore and play selected titles from our collection of past projects.
These games represent an important part of STEP’s long history of designing playful, powerful learning experiences that help students explore science, mathematics, and complex systems through interactive media. The archive will continue to grow as we recover and update additional projects from our catalog of educational games and simulations.
