Lure of the Labyrinth

Lure of the Labyrinth is in online game that uses a a compelling graphic novel storyline to engage middle grades students in mathematical thinking and problem-solving.

Lure of the Labyrinth is a digital game for middle-school pre-algebra students. Intriguing math-based puzzles are woven into an exciting narrative with two main goals: find your lost pet and save the world from monsters! Linked to both Common Core and national (NCTM) standards, the game gives students a chance to think like mathematicians. To date, students have used math and problem-solving skills to save more than 30 million pets!  It was developed in partnership with Fablevision and Maryland Public Television.

Labyrinth can be found on its own website (requires Flash).
