Overview

Lure of the Labyrinth is a digital game for middle-school pre-algebra students. Intriguing math-based puzzles are woven into an exciting narrative with two main goals: find your lost pet and save the world from monsters! Linked to both Common Core and national (NCTM) standards, the game gives students a chance to think like mathematicians. To date, students have used math and problem-solving skills to save more than 30 million pets!  It was developed in partnership with Fablevision and Maryland Public Television.

Labyrinth was found on a website from Maryland Public Television.  Since it was in Flash that site is now defunct.  We have rescued most of the puzzles to make them playable in modern browsers, which you can find on their own page.
