Description:

When switched on, agents do some commands over and over for secs seconds.
Note: There are different commands for each breed.

Arguments:

secs (number): The number of seconds for which the commands are run when switched on.

breed (commands): The breed of the agents performing the commands attached here.

Examples:

When switched on, all agents of breed "Turtles" constantly move forward 2 steps for 3 seconds.
