How to use the Starlogo models library

This site is for people who are interested in agent-based modeling, using Starlogo in the classroom, or programming Starlogo.

There are very few rules here.

You are free to browse the site as an anonymous user. Simply follow the links in the navigation sidebar to find models in different categories. Open the models themselves to see the source code for the model, to download the models to your own computer, or to run the models as applets in your browser.

To contribute a model, make comments, or search the site by keyword, you will need to become a registered user. Click on the "create new account" link below the login prompt or the "register" link at the bottom of this story. Choose a user name and supply an email address. The password for your new account will be emailed to you. Once you retrieve your password, you can log onto the site as a registered user.

To post a new model, open the "create content" link and make a new "story", the story of the model you want to upload. You will need to supply a title and a short description of your model and then attach the model's starlogo file, eg mudcrack.slogo, in the attachment window. The submitted model will be added to the library.

You may add a comment to a story or a model page whenever the "add new comment" link appears at the bottom of the page.
