   I have just a little question about the portabillity of the language... 
   do you think it will be possible to make a Starlogo in Java ?? Then it 
   will possible to use it on "every" platform or OS (Mac, Windows, Linux, 
   etc)

Our group at MIT is working on a Java version of StarLogo. We hope to
have something to share during the first half of 1998. (Note:
Initially, we are implementing only the features from StarLogo 1.5,
not StarLogo 2.0, so there are no shapes, etc.)
