Again: PC Version of StarLogo

I know it is difficult to give any date for the completion of a software,
but is it possible to get some sort of answer on this list to Dan's
question about the PC version? Are those developing the PC version among
us on this list? How much is there yet to be done: weeks? months? years?

I know many people who are interested in StarLogo, but since this is
currently only for the Mac, none of them can use or try it. The PC version
would really be welcome!

With the previous question left unanswered, I can only feel and guess that
there is probably little development, possibly no progress at all.
