^, exp and ln

^, exp, and ln are only observer primitives due to implementation
difficulties. We programmed the turtle and patch micromachines in
Assembler, and writing those functions is non-trivial. We provided
support for trigonometric and sqrt functions, but exp, ln, and ^ were
beyond the scope for this round. Sorry.
