The turtles, (agents), can be made to sense collisions and you can program interaction between agents. What would be helpful to you, IMHO, is to look at the examples in the games and simulations and look for ways this interaction influences agent behavior.

Hello,
 
I'm new to StarLogo. Now I want to know how communication between the
Turtles works.
Can they pass messages to one another which represent a signal or a numeric
value?
What is the general concept of interaction between a Turtle and its
environment?
