[starlogo-users] reset clock and clear graph

There is currently no way to reset a graph from the blocks, but I will
put that on the features list for future versions.

There is a block called "reset clock" that sets the clock back to 0.
Interestingly, it can only be run by agents currently.  In the next
release it will be able to be called either from a setup block or
within agent code.
