[starlogo-users] Can I create a scrolling window with StarLogo?

Hi Folks,
 
I have created an application in which the turtles all start at the top
of the window and then move downwards.  Currently, once they get to the
bottom of the screen they wrap around and appear back on the top.  But
for my application I don't want the turtles to wraparound.  Instead, I
want the window to scroll, i.e., I want the turtles continue to move
down.  Is there a way to make the window scroll?  /Roger
