[starlogo-users] screen blinks under Win2K

Our best guess is that this is caused by Java programs that use 
graphics (like StarLogo). I think Java 1.4.1_02 (or Java 1.4.2) is 
supposed to fix this. We'll change our download to include the new 
version when it comes out.
