[Openstarlogo] StarLogo Japanese?

Interesting.

At least you are part of the way there with the en extension.  It may  
be that it is also looking for the commands with a .ja extension and  
it isn't finding it.  Perhaps you could copy the commands and give it  
a .ja extension
