Course Assignments Overview
Assignments for 11.124 take several different forms. The assignments for this semester will include:
- Four Formal Written Assignments of 10 points each
- Three in-class presentations/discussions worth 5 or 10 points each (Town Hall (5), Ed Tech Poster (10), and Mini-Lesson (5))
- The Final Portfolio worth 30 points total (15 for the paper and 15 for the work that is in the Portfolio)
- Class Participation 25 points including
- Weekly blog entries based on observations (6-8 total)
- Left Behind chapter reading
- Current events including bi-weekly participation and one week leading discussion and summarizing article
- Daily participation in class discussion (for full class period)
